“The last few years that I have known and worked with Dissa and Priyanthi, they have exceeded my expectations. They helped to bring in record numbers of very qualified Sri Lankan students over the span of a few years. Their knowledge and professionalism in the education field is not only impressive but fruitful”

“We were quickly impressed by their knowledge of the US educational system, but even more so by their ability to ascertain whether a Sri Lankan student would be a good fit for the American school.”

“I have never seen someone like Mr & Ms Dissanayake, a dynamic couple, who are so passionate about what they do. It is rarely that you could find someone who can really help you, who understands what you really need. They made me feel as though I am the center of the earth”.

PhD candidate at University of Pittsburgh

“I am writing this to convey a million thanks to you. If Aunty Pri and Uncle Dissa treated me purely as a business client I wouldn’t have ever made it to the US. My visa application got rejected three times, but Aunty Pri never gave up the battle when my parents were also giving up. You two are like my own Mother and Father. Today I am so proud to say that I am working as a Co-op Chemical Engineer in a leading international American company. I am only in my third year in my bachelor’s degree, yet I support myself including my tuition. I no longer take my parent’s money for anything.”

“From over four thousand schools in US an international applicant is faced with the dilemma of (Blindly ) picking the most suitable (place). I counseled Ms.Priyanthi  Dissanayake for two main reasons: Ms.Dissanayake visits her schools each year and she knows what’s best for each one of us . She is not only one of the most experienced counselors but also a mother to each one of us. I saw Otterbein College through her eyes and I trusted her implicitly. I know I would fit in perfectly and Westerville would be a second home to me. I am more than satisfied with her service and so grateful to have found her”

‘Priyanthi and Dissa… are a husband and wife team who run a boutique operation – perfect for the Sri Lankan context. They arranged for my meeting with the U.S. Ambassador as well as with the Minister of Higher Education.  They are media masterminds…(whose) services have been essential to the forging of one major strategic relationship that University of Cincinnati now have – the 2+2 dual degree programme with the Institue of Chemistry (Ceylon). The agreement we now have would have never have come about without your assistance.’

So far everything is good and we are loving it. Both Prasanna and I have Graduate Assistantships. Prasanna gets half of his tuition free (&) he is working with one of the professors and also tutoring undergrads. All my tuition is free until I graduate. I’m working for the Admission and Marketing Communications departments of the University. In addition both of us get a monthly allowance too. Since we are both busy with studies and work, Niyumi now goes to a daycare facility right next to the place we live. I’m sure you are happy to hear this and we wanted to share this excellent news with you too.
